Type of Service: Project based

Everything included in Bronze and Silver plus:

• Unlimited consulting support by video or phone during regular business hours for six months or until mutually agreed upon end of program.

• Monthly check-in meetings with procurement staff.

• Monthly check-in meeting with senior management.

• Additional training on Commodity/Category/ Supplier Management as needed.

• Work with the procurement team to create a Supplier Handbook and guidelines for suppliers so they know what to expect when doing business with the company.

• What to look for if forced to work with the supplier's contract.

• Introduction and implementation of Rebates.

• Hands on approach to conduct, shadow and advise team on a complete RFx process.

• Determine, per the company business when to use a contract or just a PO.

• Any other topic that needs review or training.

• Travel to company site once per month as needed (3-day max).

• Creating a Mission and Vision Statement to match company values.

• Review of Supply Chain Management concepts of Inventory and Logistics if applicable.

• Three complimentary copies of my book, "Understanding Procurement".

• A total of up to six months of support as needed (plus expenses).
