PCS is confident that you will find our services invaluable. We propose two warranties to demonstrate this commitment. 

Warranty #1

If we do not say what we will do when we are supposed to do it, you are entitled to a money-back guarantee. The money-back guarantee does not include travel expenses incurred, which must be paid promptly. For example, you do not have to make future payments if we fail to deliver a given report when promised. It is nearly impossible to guarantee cost savings as they depend on many factors.

​Warranty # 2

Within 6 months of the project's conclusion, culminating in a final report outlining what was discovered and what remedies were made or put in place, PCS offers a complimentary on-site assessment (exclusive of travel expenses) to review whether the recommendations provided have been implemented. If not, why not? Then, recommend a course correction. 

We strongly believe you will find value in our product and advice.  We know full well that you are under no obligation to take it.  However, based on our over 30 years of experience in various industries, from small companies to large multinationals, we have a good idea of what works, what doesn't, and how to improve it.  What is provided in the book "Understanding Procurement" is how things have been handled given those specific circumstances; however, every situation is different and will be treated with its own unique approach to maximizing results.
